Exploring Dance Anatomy, Theory, and Nutrition

Embark on a journey of discovery and enrichment with our new Anatomy, Theory, and Nutrition class at Sarah Anne Westcott Dance Studios. Starting after Easter, this engaging session is designed to deepen students' understanding of the mechanics of the body, enhance dance technique, prevent injuries, and explore the vital role of nutrition in fueling their passion for dance.

Class Details:

  • For Pre-Primary/Primary Students: Seamlessly integrated between tap and ballet classes, this session offers parents the convenience of one drop-off and pick-up. For Grade 1 & 2 students, the class runs from 1:45 to 2:30, providing a supervised environment for continuous learning and growth.
  • For Senior Students: Stay tuned for the launch of a dedicated session for senior students, with timings to be confirmed.
